DOORZLY was launched in the summer of 2022 as a proof of concept (POC) just prior to the housing correction of 2023 that never came. The intent was to provide homeowners with incredible value whether they were buying or selling their home.

For sellers, we wanted to provide the ability for them to list their property for free in exchange for nothing - no commissions and no fees. While unorthodox, we believe that the value created by empowering homeowners to sell their homes and pocket the thousands of dollars in commissions can otherwise be used as they see fit - whether it be to help them pay for their child’s education, pay off their car or mortgage, take that dream vacation or retire early, it’s your money - do with it as you want!

For buyers, we wanted to give them an opportunity to purchase a home without the immense competition of a property listed in the MLS where bidding wars are prevalent and offers often exceed the asking price by thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars.

Using technology, we’ve created a platform where buyers and sellers can interact with one another to buy and sell their property in a more efficient way to save them money and find their dream home.
